P/M antifriction material is material finished via powder metallurgy technology after adding lubricating components or sintering porous basis skeleton and impregnating liquid lubricating component. It can be divided into copper-base antifriction material and composite self-lubricating material, which is used in parts reducing friction, such as, bearing, wearing pad etc.

Main Data:

1、Copper-base antifriction material：

　Density：7.0～7.2g/cm3，Oil content：≥15%，Hardness：HB25~50

2、Iron-base antifriction material：

　Density：5.9～6.3g/cm3，Oil content：≥15%，Hardness：HB60~110

3、Wearing pad in large electrostatic precipitator(Du)：

　Specific pressure：10～15Mpa，Dynamic friction coefficiency：0.05~0.1

Application:

Marine gearbox: wearing pad, supporting ring

Diesel engine: high-speed thrust bearing

Large electrostatic precipitator: wearing pad
